Good news..
The rudder came out quite easy.. BUT, to get the shaft out we had to pull the prop and the prop shaft..

That wasn’t part of my plan..
Anyway.. We can use the old ruddershaft and can rebuild the rudder..
We just started welding before we finished working tonight at 9pm!

This was a long day.. Am I’m super tired..
