Ahoi,
Sailing through the night was awesome. The wind was consistently blowing with around 16 kn and We logged a lot of miles.
Can you believe that our email, the distance we sailed between noon yesterday and noon today, was 181 miles..? That’s the best etmal ZERO ever had. We topped the old record of 170 by 11 miles. Great!
But I didn’t get much sleep. I mean I tried but the alarms I set in the electronics were going off to often. I set a guardzone on the radar and everytime it went off fir nothing I adjusted the sensitivity a little lower. This is try and error and it took almost the whole night to find settings which allow me to sleep for 4 hours..
I installed an additional Alarm beeper inside the pilothouse and this little Bastard is sooo loud im awake immediately. Or even quicker..?

Even when I was up at 8 I still was so tired that I needed a couple more naps to recharge myself and it was way after noon when I could motivate myself even to do the dishes..
Now I’m back in the saddle and gave myself a little acoustic guitar concert.
There’s only one more thing to decide today..
What do I want for dinner..?
Anyway.. Still enough time to think about that and with the wind and waves slowly dying it should be easy to cook something.
